1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date, provided that:

• The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition

• Tags and original packaging are intact

• You have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Note: Items marked as Final Sale, Custom Orders, or Personalized Products are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective.

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@kidtogs.com with:

• Your order number

• Item(s) you wish to return

• Reason for the return

• Photo evidence if the item is damaged or defective

We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Please note:

• Shipping charges are non-refundable

• If your order included a free shipping offer, a standard shipping fee may be deducted from your refund​

 

4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us at support@kidtogs.com within 3 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the issue so we can make it right.

6. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is damaged or sent in error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
